THE PROGRAM

Uplifting Health and Fitness is a first-of-its-kind fitness program dedicated to improving not only your physical fitness and nutrition, but also your mental and spiritual health while improving the community around you. As you reach your fitness milestones, a portion of your monthly subscription will be donated to the non-profit you’ve designated from our list of participating charities. It’s the ultimate combination of individual achievement and community improvement. You win, and your community wins!

Uplifting’s exercise program is all about working smarter, not harder. We work with a combination of cardio and resistance training to accelerate your weight loss, strengthen your body, and make you healthier! Our trainers have designed your starting point program based off what’s right for you. Then over time as you progress, your program will progress with it.

After you sign up, you will be prompted to complete your online health questionnaire. Upon completion of your questionnaire we will send you your health and fitness portfolio with your program. From then on you will be able to interact with our team of health professionals in person, via email, phone, and text to help guide you along the way.

Our program encompasses Resistance Training, Cardio, Stretching, Core and Balance.
